Boston Halloween Parties & Events 2026

Halloween is on a Saturday this year, so the big parties land on Friday the 30th and Saturday the 31st, with themed shows and family events in the two weeks before. Here’s the short version, then every listing below.

Saturday, October 31

• ICA Halloween: It’s Magic! (Seaport, 8 PM–midnight). The dressiest party in town: open bar and buffet included, $150 or $125 for members. 21+.
• Trixie’s Halloween Dance Party at Royale (Theater District, 9 PM–2 AM). 21+.
• Haunted Hotel, a Halloween ball at the W Boston (9 PM–1:30 AM). 21+.
• Bully Boy Distillers in Roxbury (7–11 PM). The cheap one: $15 with a welcome shot, DJ and Mei Mei dumplings. 21+.
• Boston Halloween Bar Crawl, starting at Hojoko in Fenway from 4 PM. 21+.
• Death Becomes She/Her, a drag musical at Club Café (7 PM).

Friday, October 30

• Perreoland Halloween Edition at Royale (10 PM–2 AM). 21+.
• Death Becomes She/Her at Club Café (7 PM).
• Improv Asylum’s Halloween show, Nightmare on Hanover Street, runs twice in the North End.

Free and family-friendly

• Monster Mash (Sun, Oct 18, 1–5 PM): Somerville’s free Halloween street party with a School of Honk parade.
• PruBoo (Sun, Oct 25, 11 AM–1 PM): free trick-or-treating at 30+ Prudential Center shops.
• Halloween at Pazza (Sat, Oct 24): free entry, $1,000 in costume prizes. 21+.
