Admission and the weekend fast pass
General admission is free. On weekends, when lines build, you can buy a fast pass in the Seaport Insider app to reserve an arrival time: $15 for adults, $7 for veterans and kids 6 to 17, and free for kids 5 and under.
What’s there
- More than 130 independent businesses, including 17 local food and drink vendors. Most are from New England, and most are women- or BIPOC-owned.
- Four themed bars, each with its own holiday cocktail: the Jingle Bar, the Dizzy Dreidel, Betty’s Bar and the Blizzard Bar.
- Live music: Mohegan Music Mondays from 5 PM, with up-and-coming Boston musicians from Berklee, plus more music Tuesday through Thursday.
- Gifts of every kind: clothing, jewelry, home goods, art, toys and food gifts from local makers.
Tips
- Weekends are when the lines build, which is what the fast pass is for, so weekday evenings are a good bet if you’d rather skip it.
- The Silver Line from South Station stops at Courthouse and World Trade Center, both a short walk away.
- Make a night of it: the ICA is free on Thursday evenings, Laugh Boston has stand-up most nights, and the city lights the ship at Martin’s Park on November 28. More on our Seaport page.
