A tiny basement folk club in Harvard Square. Acoustic shows most nights, all ages.

Club Passim is a folk and acoustic music club in the basement of a historic brick carriage house at Church and Palmer Streets in Harvard Square, Cambridge. Most nights bring singer-songwriters, roots bands and folk acts to a small room where you sit close to the stage.

Doors usually open an hour before the show. Listed prices already include fees, and there are no paper tickets; just give your name at the door. It’s an all-ages room, which makes it one of the easier music nights for under-21s.

Getting there

Passim is in Cambridge, not Boston proper, a short walk from the Harvard Red Line stop. More shows are on the live music page.
