New Year’s Eve in Boston 2026
New Year’s Eve falls on a Thursday this year, so expect parties on both Wednesday the 30th and Thursday the 31st. We add events here as venues confirm them; every listing below has been checked against the venue’s own calendar.
First Night Boston
Boston’s free, citywide New Year’s Eve celebration hasn’t announced its 2026–27 plans yet. Its own listing says the schedule is still to be announced. We’ll add the times and locations here as soon as they’re posted.
Announced so far
Laugh Boston has two New Year’s Eve showcases on the 31st (6:30 and 9 PM), and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong play their NYE show at Brighton Music Hall on the 30th. More will land through November and December, so check back.
