March means St. Patrick’s Day, and in Boston that means Dropkick Murphys: four shows at MGM Music Hall from March 12 to 14, and St. Patrick’s Day itself at House of Blues. Nickelback play TD Garden on March 10.

- BU men’s hockey plays Northeastern and UMass Lowell at Agganis Arena on March 5 and 6, and the Boston Fleet play there through the month.
